CONCENTRATION @ MEDITATION is by in

(CONCENTRATION @ MEDITATION) The sixth and seventh stages are concentration (dharana) and meditation (dhyana), respectively. The first step is concentration. Constant meditation on the object of concentration is dhyana. Meditation brings awareness and peace to a life full of opposites: pain and joy, sorrow and joy, conflict and peace. When making decisions, the mind will find many reasons to fight. The mind can never stick to its decision. The undisciplined mind flies aimlessly in all directions. Concentration is like a closed lamp and does not illuminate the surrounding space. When the cover is removed, the light illuminates the entire area. This is meditation, the expansion of consciousness. When the inner and outer minds are still and silent, there is no waste of physical, mental or intellectual energy. The joys and sorrows of the world are caused by thoughts, and likes and dislikes .depend on human thought.
